This is Bulla from DBZ.
At first I did her with a sleeveless blue shirt, but I decided to put her a blue sleeveless high collar jacket.
The reason why her bangs and her long hair have spiky ends is because she's letting it grow.
(Also, because she can't find the time to go to the salon)
I will mostly color her in blue and black, and maybe red.
